IT IS THE TIME FOR...

First off, I wanted to note I have the coolest girlfriend. One, because yesterday we had to go into the Mall. I hate going to the Mall because there's too much going on and I get distracted and disconnected easily. But before we walked in Paige and I decided to speak in accents. She had a British accent and I butchered a New Zealand accent. We definitely turned some heads and woke people up from the drone of their jobs. If anyone asked we were going to tell them I was raised by Australian missionaries and we meet on a mission trip, fell madly in love, and the rest is history.

Two, she is a helpmate that I can see myself with forever.

The top image is a scan from the current issue of CMYK. The image featured is from my best friend from the Design Department Ben Grove. The dude is amazing and he did this piece like two years ago and he has only gotten better at it. He currently works in St. Louis with Cannonball. The dude is a hotty so ladies if you are in that area check him out.

Here are a few drawings to wet your whistle. Last night our new foreign exchange students came over for dinner. My family hosts two foreign exchange students and take them out to eat, watch movies, and chat it up with some crazy good tea. They are two very sweet Chinese girls.

School starts again for the last time for me tomorrow.

THE VOTES ARE IN!!!

Thank you all (one person) who participated in my little contest. My friend Matt Gallion who got the question right. In return he requested to have a picture of a militant penguin invading the camp of supposedly superior polar bears. There you go Matt, I hope you enjoy it.

The Lion picture was inspired by the collaborative comic book "5." It is named so because five different artists put the piece together. The are artists are as follows: Becky Cloonan, Fabio Moon, Gabriel Ba, Rafael Grampa, and Vasilis Lolos. It's a fast read because there are no words, but the art is gorgeous. What is also amazing is I got it for free. I pre-ordered the special edition of Pixu which is another collaborative comic book by the same artists minus Rafael Grampa. Both comics are great.

Olympics is still amazing to watch.

BIG QUESTION. I don't mean to stir any feathers but I want to know what you think/believe. If you are happily married on earth and have accepted Christ as the Savior will you be married in heaven to your earthly spouse? The question and has been haunting me for a day or two now.

The spider picture was inspired by the sky last week. On my way to work I looked up and saw these dark clouds holding the sun while it burst through their hands.

Watch for more "contest" posts. I have a challenge already given to me this week by my girlfriend. It's a secret, and if we pull it off it should be hilarious. Night.

SEEMS LIKE ONLY YESTERDAY I HAD BLOGGED 50 TIMES HERE

First off, who is watching the Olympics? Freaking amazing. All of it. The world's best of the best competing and breaking records! This is the first Olympics that I have gotten in to. I wish they would play the Judo competitions on television though.

Not too much going on here. My drawing today is inspired by objects I found today. In fact, I will give a prize to the first person to post a comment naming the round object in the picture. The prize is I will draw whatever that person wants, within reason, on the next post. So, there you go. Spread the wealth and the knowledge people. You're beautiful and goodnight.

A is for Adam and Adam is glad he has a life besides competing on an Olympic level
